How to make a crispy garbanzo bean snack

Get a can of chickpeas/garbanzo beans. Any brand will do.  Drain them to get the slimy water off of them.

Lay them on a paper toweled baking sheet  &cover with another paper towel and gently move the paper towel around to dry them off. The skins will start to come off. Peel the remaining ones that don't.

I'd rather give birth again without an epidural than peel skins off of chickpeas. Add a little olive oil and move the beans around in it. Pop em in the oven at 400 for 20-30 min.

Browning up pretty shnicely. Test one for doneness. U might like them more crunchy than me.

Remove from oven and place in a bowl. Spice em up. I use the McCormick rotisserie chicken seasoning. Even though this ain't chicken, it's a nice blend of onion, paprika & garlic. I also added salt.
