Firstly, Whisk the eggs until they become soften
Add 2 cups of milk and 2 cups of flour and mix well
Add the salt and the olive oil
This is the final mixture! Leave it for about 20 minutes in the fridge if you can wait ;-)
You should probably need these staff to make the crepes easier
This is the amount I use to make not too big not too small crepes! It's up to you
Now comes the nice part of making the crepes. I have a crepe machine which is very helpful as the crepes don't stick and has the right temperature
Turn it from the other side
And your crepe is ready!!! Continue with the next crepes! I make 12 crepes with this recipe!
You can fill it with any flavor you want !!!
