First heat up pan to medium heat
These are all the ingredients! PS I used almond milk instead of regular, but it doesn't make a difference!
Consistency should look like this
Put about half a cup of mix in the pan and twirl around to fill the pan
Then when you feel it is cooked on one side flip it to your best, remember the first one is always the worst!!!!!
There we go!!!!! An almost perfect crepe!

I'm sorry I could not get you a pic of the lemon and sugar glaze , I used lemon curd this time so that's why but other options to put in the crepes are : Nutella, glaze , icing, and lemon curd!👍
- For Crepe:
- 3.0 Eggs
- 2.0c -1 1/2 cups milk
- 2.0c Any type of flour(not cake or self-rising flour
- 3.0Tbsp Sugar(for dessert crepes,add to liking)
- Pinch of salt
- Butter for pan
- For Inside:
- 1.0c Powdered sugar
- 2.0Tbsp Lemon juice
- 1.0Tbsp Round pan
