The idea is that you put what you want on your cowboy toast. Pull up tab for ingredients ⬇. I didn't have toast bread, so I used a baguette. This will serve 2.
Press a thin layer of minced beef on the bread.
Melt butter and oil in a frying pan. Oil for heat, butter for taste.
Fry your cowboy toasts on the bottom side first. 3-4 minutes.
Flip them over and fry them in the meat side for 3-4 minutes, depending on the thickness of the meat
Put on it what you want and serve with your favoured salad. The bread should be crisp and lovely on the fried side.
- 1.0lb Minced beef
- 1.0Tbsp Butter
- 1.0Tbsp Oil
- Pickled Beetroot
- Diced onion
- Spicy sauce
- Large pice of toast.
- Salt and pepper
