How to make a cowboy toast, my way

We call this cowboy toast, some call it Paris toast. It is an open burger fried directly on a pice of toast. Easy and you can use whatever takes your fancy as topping.

Put on it what you want and serve with your favoured salad. The bread should be crisp and lovely on the fried side.
