Ingredients: - bilberries 2 glasses, - flour 2 glasses, -butter 200 g, ( or butter and margarine 50/50), - eggs 2, - sugar 1 glass (plus 1/2 glass for berries), - few drops of lemon juice.
Mix 1 glass of sugar (i took brown sugar) and soften butter in a bowl.
It should become a sandy colored substance.
Then add one egg and continue mixing.
Add 2nd egg.
Add in the bowl few drops of lemon juice.
Then put there flour.
Wohoo you've got a dough!
Smash baking dish with a butter and put there a pinch of flour.
Put the dough in the baking dish. Leave some and put it into the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
Wash berries and mix it with 1/2 glass of sugar.
Get ready to put berries on the dough...thickness of dough not less than 1 cm.
Almost ready!)
Take the dough from the fridge and reduce it to fragments. Put it on the cake.
Heat up the oven to 200C and bake the cake for 40 minutes!
