Crush 15 graham crackers in a large ziplock bag. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add brown sugar.
Add softened butter.
Add pure vanilla extract.
Use an electric mixer to beat mixture until light and fluffy.
Add graham crackers.
Mix well by spoon or spatula.
Add mini chocolate chips.
Mix well. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, add both containers of whipped cream.
Add regular chocolate chips.
In a trifle dish, scoop 1/3 of the cookie dough mixture into the bottom and spread evenly. Add 1/3 whipped cream mixture on top.
Add cookies on top of the whipped cream.
In a separate bowl, add pudding mix.
Whisk well until granules are dissolved and pudding is smooth. Let sit in the fridge for 5 minutes to thicken.
Add 1/2 of pudding mixture to top layer of trifle after it thickened for 5 min in the fridge.
Add a layer of cookie dough, then add a layer of whipped cream.
Add more cookies.
Add a layer of pudding then cookie dough.
Add whipped cream, then sprinkle with extra chocolate chips. Serve and enjoy!

- 1/3c milk
- 1/3c mini chocolate chips
- 1.0c regular chocolate chips, plus more for topping
- 2.0 8 oz packages whipped cream, thawed
- 1.0 package chewy chocolate chip cookies
- 2.0 3.4 oz boxes instant chocolate pudding mix
- 4.0c cold milk
