Buy supplies and if you don't know how to cut or have a saw, Home Depot will do it for you for a cost.
Follow this convenient guide for the pieces you will need
Precut all pieces
Assemble the side panels and connect with the rails
Use your first of three ripped sheets of plywood to secure the base of the table
Double check and make sure everything is square and plumb
Install the drawer stops
Build your drawers
Hold the drawers in place to mark the outside drawer piece centered in its location, add support pieces for your next 2 pieces of plywood, and fill holes with wood filler.
Find a drawer pull that works for you (I used old library card catalog pulls)
Sand your table with a fine sandpaper
Stain with the stain of your choice
