Mix cake mix sugar oil eggs cinnamon carrots water and brown sugar then bake at 350 for 18 minutes

Once done let it cool then frost with frosting containing cream cheese milk powdered sugar

Then once done frosting top with brown sugar

  • 1/3 cup of brown sugar

  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cream cheese
