Place chicken breasts in slow cooker & pour in broth. Add Doxy's Smoky Chipotle Seasoning, cover & cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours. After 2 hrs on high, turn to low until ready to serve.

When chicken is cooked & shreds easily, shred all the chicken and allow to sit in the chipotle broth while you prep your potatoes. You can leave the slow cooker on low.

Using tongs, toss the chicken a bit in the broth and then grab some and let it drain a bit. Add it to the potatoes and then sprinkle with bacon crumbles and shredded cheese.
