How to make a chili-remo
This customized remo-sauce is perfect for your favorite sausage on the grill. Also delicious for crab cakes. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS
Ingredients: Remo, chipotle chili paste, pickled cucumber & cornichons, fresh chili
Chop cucumbers, cornichons and chili. Put it in a bowl and add the chipotle chili paste
Now add remo and stir it up. If the texture needs to be adjusted, add mayo and/or water.
Close-up to give you an idea of the texture and colour.
Chili-remo - ready for your favorite sausage on the grill or crab cakes. Enjoy!
- 2.0 Pickled cucumber
- 20.0 Cornichons
- 2.0Tbsp Chipotle chili paste
- 1.0c Remoulade sauce
- Mayo and/or water (to adjust the texture)
