Gather your ingredients.
Cook sausage on a large skillet. Drain once cooked through.
Layer your sausage in baking pan followed by an even layer of cheese.
In a large bowl, hand-whisk together your milk, eggs, pepper, onion powder and salt.
Pour evenly over the sausage and cheese.
Layer top with frozen tater tots. Set oven for 350 degrees and bake for 35 minutes.
If you are prepping for the next morning, just cover tightly with foil and chill in fridge overnight.
Top with additional 1/2 cup of cheese, crumbled bacon and parsley.
