Make a Cheese Melt Sandwich With Leftover Ham

INGREDIENTS
Take a pan and toast your bread
Cut 5 slices of onions and a couple slices of cheese while waiting for the bread to toast
In another pan, add the onions & some olive oil. Sprinkle some garlic powder, red peppers, and black pepper to the pan. Mix it all together and let it grill for 3-5 min till golden brown
Remember to have the slices of ham ready. While the bread is toasting. Take the mayonnaise and spread it on both slices of bread. Put them back on the pan
Add the cheese to the bread so it'll start to melt. Add the ham then the fellows onions and lay the other slice of bread on top. Let it toast a couple more minutes on the pan.
Don't forget to add the spinach at the end
- French , sourdough, or pita bread
- Monterey cheese
- Spinach or lettuce
