How to make a cheap tripod for your iphone, ipad, or ipod

Grab you supplies from Lowe's if you don't have them in the garage. It will still be just a few bucks.

I used an old telescope for my tripod. A camera one will work too.

I took the cap off the telescope and used that plus my iPhone to see how large to cut my cardboard.

Next, place the cap back on the telescope.

Finally, one side of the Velcro goes on the cap, the other on the cardboard. Then you can spring clamp your iPhone into place.

Hit your camera app and switch to your front facing camera. Bang! You have yourself a full size tripod.
