Get a soft old paint brush. Wash it with warm water and soap
Small scissors
Pull out a little section
Cut it off. Keep repeating untill you have reached your desired thinness
Cut off all little uneven parts
Cut it shorter
Done wash it one more time let it dry then you ready to use it
Done! You can use the back as a dotter
