Here's all of the supplies! The honey and the protein powder are optional, use them if you like a sweeter taste and added protein 🌺
Brew the tea! Use a shallow dish and cover the tea bags with water, but don't put too much more water than that in 🌻
Add your banana and almond milk while you're waiting for the tea to brew! Make sure the bananas aren't completely frozen or else they'll stall up the blender 🌸
Now add the yogurt and blend until it's completely broken up 🌞
Add the protein powder and honey here if you're using them ☀️
The tea should be done by now, but to cool it off pop a couple ice cubes in it to cool it down 🌝
Add the tea with the ice cubes and blend it up bruddah 🌹
You can drink it like this or..
Froth it up! If you have one of these contraptions, put about 1/8 of a cup of the smoothie in it and start frothing 🌞
Pour the frothed part on top, add a slice of banana for a good touch, and drink up this beautiful concoction that Mother Nature has produced for us 💛🍃🌺
- 2 Chai Tea Bags
- 1/4 Almond Milk
- 1 Frozen Banananana
- 1/2 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp Honey
