How to make a cat toy with a bell inside out of duct tape

Cut a piece of duct tape (it doesn't have to be as big as mine) and place it sticky-side up.

Take your bell,

And place it in the middle of the duct tape with the front side down.

Now roll the front onto the bell, and roll the bell until the duct tape looks like a tube sort of shape.

Now fold the sides in. Keep on wrapping until you think it's think enough. (Wrap at least three more times)

Roll it on the floor and play with your cat! Have fun!
