How to make a cat or dog toy

First, get a empty toilet paper roll! Not from the trash can though! 😂

Then, get some duct tape! Any design will be fine! ❤️

Then, get a piece of duct tape that fits around the roll.

I'm gonna add another design to the toy but you can do one design.

Then add another piece!

I added the last piece of duct tape to the roll! You can adjust the duct tape on how you like!

Then cut 2 pieces of duct tape and put it on each other but leave some stickiness to go on the toilet paper roll. Do 2 of these for both ends of the roll.

If there's a hole of the side of where you put that piece of duct tape, put a thin piece to cover it up!

Before you put that other piece on the other side put some jingle bells in there if you have a cat. If you have a dog, you don't have to put any jingle bells in it. :)

Close the other side up.
