How to make a carousel cake 🐴

It was hard to keep talking photos so some steps have skipped photos, sorry :(

Make the horses and put the wire through (forgot picture so had to take after cake was assembled) I accidentally broke the horse in transportation so it's not the best looking :P

Cover the first 10" cake white icing

Cover the bottom of the cake in red icing

Roll out a long strip of red icing

Cut out triangles in the top of the icing

Stick on to the cake with water

Cover the cardboard tube in red icing

Cut out two squares out of the red icing

Fill the tube with icing to make it sturdy and stick the squares on the tube

Stick the tube onto the cake

I just added a little thing for decoration:P

More decoration:P

Level out the other 10" cake and cover with red icing (sorry no picture) stick on the first 6" cake with icing and cover with more icing

Place other 6" cake on top

Crumb coat:P

Cover with brown icing (I started making a ribbon around the side

Make octagon shapes but don't completely cut the icing, just score it

I added dots to make it more like wood

Add in the posy picks so you can put the wire for the horses in without rotting the cake

Put the horses in

Put the top on (careful this is very tricky)

Add random decoration and tadaaah :)
