Make a Card Using Flirty Frames and Bubbly Stamps
25
STEPS
TOOLS
This is the stamp I used for the portraits inside the frames. Penny Black's Bubbly stamp. You can choose any small stamps that will fit or almost fit into the frames.
These are the Flirty Frames stamp and co-ordinating dies from Lawn Fawn.
Stamp the frames using Memento Tuxedo Black ink which are really good to work with Copic markers and use the dies to cut them out.
Before I stamp my critters in, I used low tack duct tape to cover the borders of the frames so that after stamping the portraits stay within the frames.
This is how it looks like after stamping.
Stamp all your critters onto the frames.
This is how it looks like after all has been coloured in.. So adorable, these critters. I chose all the different animals to be represented on all the frames.
It's not very visible here but I added a bit of Wink of Stella clear glitter pen. Brightens up the details!
The inside of the card. I stamped and used some clear embossing powder to give it a "shine". The card measures 12" (folded in half) by 4.75".
I used a sheet of vellum to give it some texture and used the Signo White pigment ink to draw faux stitches around the edge of the acetate.
Used 3M's foam tape to give the frames some dimension. I like this foam tape as they are slightly thinner.
Finished card!!
