I found this in the gourmet cheese section when looking for fresh mozzarella

Unroll mozzarella cheese

Slice and place fresh tomatoes on top of roll.

Add layer of fresh basil leaves. I LOVE fresh basil.

Starting at one end start rolling up as tightly as you can. Tight is key! It's not easy... Just take your time.

Slice into 1/2 inch slices and place each slice on serving dish.

Doesn't it look pretty??

Delicious drizzled with balsamic glaze. This is a great product if you can find it. You can make your own by reducing a bottle balsamic vinaigrette. Also delicious with any Italian dressing! Enjoy!
