Take your cakes out of the cases and crumble into a bowl.

Add a little frosting at a time and mix. Keep adding until the cake crumbs start sticking together and it looks a bit like dough.

Roll your mixture into balls about the size if a walnut.

From 200g of cake I have made 11 balls. Put the balls in fridge to chill.

Melt your chocolate.

Melt your chocolate.

Dip the end of your lolly stick into the melted chocolate and carefully push into the balls.  Put back into the fridge to set.
