To recap: 1Tbs lemon juice and just about 1C milk
Get your lemon juice and put into something that is used for measuring out liquids
Then fill up to the 1C line with milk
Stir it, then let it sit for a few minutes (do this at the start of your recipe and let it sit until you need it)
Letting it sit allows the milk to sour (which is what butter milk is, sour milk)
