How to make a buffalo chicken salad
here is a healthier take on my favorite: buffalo chicken salad! (there are some tips for an unhealthy version as well!)

INGREDIENTS
gather ingredients - gonna be a yummy one!!
trim some of the fat from your chicken breasts.
season lightly with garlic, paprika, and chili powder.
for a breaded chicken breast: mix a bowl of flour and spices, and a separate bowl of scrambled uncooked eggs and milk. dip chicken breast into egg than flour, repeat. than you can sauté in the pan.
lightly oil the pan
sauté the chicken until cooked thoroughly.
after chicken is cooked, lightly cover with frank's hot sauce.
slice chicken and shake the container until sauce covers the chicken evenly.
for the breaded chicken: after chicken is cooked thoroughly, place in a tupperware with a lid. add frank's hot sauce and some melted butter. shake until sauce covers chicken evenly.
to build salad: start with a layer of lettuce, place a few chicken slices on top, sprinkle with onion and goat cheese! enjoy your yummy meal!
for the unhealthy version, I like to add a heartier cheese like cheddar or pepper jack, croutons, and ranch dressing!
