mhmhm! greek yogurt I love it! you can use any yogurt you fancy. soy yogurt would work for vegans and lactose intolerant people. You can also add flavoured yogurt i suggest berry flavoured :)
and the milk. I used soy milk because i do not like cows milk but any milk will work depending on your taste buds
BANANA! my favourite fruit in the world. this adds i nice creaminess and flavour which i just love love love!
Now for the berries. I used blackberries,blueberries, raspberries and strawberries but you can use any berries you like.
add all ingredients to the blender. included the honey or maple syrup if you are using it. i do not think it is needed as the berries are already very sweet.
blend that beauty up util well combined and creamy. look at that beautiful pink colour.
pour into a jar and decorate with a raspberry. make it look nice and then take a picture of you amazing efforts and the beautiful result. I really hope you ENJOY this amazing smoothie! :)
- 1/2c frozen or fresh black, blue, rasp, strawberries
- 1/2 frozen or fresh banana
- 1/4c greek yogurt (soy or flavoured)
- 1/2c milk (almond, rice, soy, normal)
- 1/2c ice
- 1/2Tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
