Now for the berries. I used blackberries,blueberries, raspberries and strawberries but you can use any berries you like.

add all ingredients to the blender. included the honey or maple syrup if you are using it. i do not think it is needed as the berries are already very sweet.

blend that beauty up util well combined and creamy. look at that beautiful pink colour.

  • 1/2c frozen or fresh black, blue, rasp, strawberries
  • 1/2 frozen or fresh banana
  • 1/4c greek yogurt (soy or flavoured)
  • 1/2c milk (almond, rice, soy, normal)
  • 1/2c ice
  • 1/2Tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
