To begin making your smoothie, get out your blender

Following this, pour in a 3/4 cup of frozen strawberries

Next, add a small handful of blackberries and 1 chopped up banana into the blender.

Once adding all the fruit is done, use cold water to fill the blender until all fruit is submerged.

After that, use "Isagenix Vanilla Protein Powder's" supplied spoon, scoop 1.5 spoonfuls into blender.

Following that, close the blender lid and blend until smooth (at least 40 seconds) and turn blender off.

Finally, pour the now blended smoothie into an aesthetically pleasing mason jar, plop in a metal straw (protect the turtles!!) and enjoy.
