How to make a breakfast quesadilla

Place bacon in a pan and cook over medium heat

Place egg in a bowl

Mix with a wisk until its all scrambled

This is what it should look like

When bacon is done, place on a paper towel to get rid of the excess grease

Break up the bacon into pieces

After removin the extra grease from the pan pour egg into it

Add bacon pieces

Fold in half (this isn't necessary, but works well when you use a large tortilla )

Put extra grease in a dish and throw away once it cools

After egg is cooked, put on a plate

Add a tortilla to the pan and put cheese on top

Add eggs

Place more cheese on top of the egg and the other tortilla. Then flip it over

When both sides are golden and crispy, remove from heat. Cut and serve!
