Delicious and easy breakfast pie.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. Chop all the peppers and onions.
Cook sausage until done.
Drain on paper towels and then crumble.
Mix cheese with sausage.
Sprinkle sausage and cheese mixture in pie shells.
Lightly beat eggs in bowl, combine remaining ingredients and add to egg mixture.
Pour over sausage and cheese mixture in pie shell.
Bake 375 degrees 40-45 minutes.
Let cool on a rack.
- 1.0lb 1 lb. sausage, any flavor
- 0.0c Chopped green bell pepper
- 0.0c Chopped Red Peppers
- 2.0 Nine inch pie shells
- 1.0c Shredded Swiss cheese (or other)
- 2.0Tbsp Chopped onions
- 4.0 Eggs slightly beaten
- 1.0c Light cream
