How to make a brazilian mojito
One of my favorite drinks to order out - or make at home. I first had a variation of this at a Brazilian steakhouse in Florida and have enjoyed it ever since.

INGREDIENTS
Gather ingredients.
Roll limes.
Peel 2 of the limes.
Thinly slice the 2 limes. If your limes have seeds, remove them.
Slice remaining lime.
Place 2 peeled limes in shaker.
Add sugar to shaker.
Add mint leaves to shaker.
Muddle.
Muddling complete.
Add rum to shaker.
Add ice.
Shake - for about a minute, to dissolve the sugar.
Pour into glass.
Add remaining lime to glass. Save one lime slice for garnish.
Add additional ice to top off the glass.
Add lime as garnish. Enjoy!
- 3.0 Limes
- 10.0 Mint leaves (fresh)
- 3.0Tbsp Sugar (or sugar substitute)
- 1.0c Ice
- 3.0oz Brazilian rum (Cachaca)
- 1.0 Muddler
- 1.0 Shaker
- 1.0 High ball glass (pint)
