Put one band of any color in this way

Put another band across the other one

Then, put one white band or the color you like, above the other two in horisontal way

Then put two bands like this

Then, put a band between those. Continue making that steps (2-5) till the end

Turn the Loom, make sure that the arrow is pointing at you. Take your hook and start hooking

Push all the bands, except purple one that is on the bottom

Take the last band

Hook it with the next band. Do the same step with the other side and continue till the end
