Choose a color of glass stain and carefully pour it into your bottle.

Put dots of E6000 glue on the bottle where your eyes will be located. Let the glue set for about 1 to 2 minutes to become tacky.

Move the rhinestones in place for your bug's eyes.

String beads and bells on both ends of one pipe cleaner in any pattern you choose.

Twist the ends together to form an oval.

If needed, rearrange the bells and beads so that they are on the top and bottom of the oval.

Lay the wings on top of the bug.  Add the second pipe cleaner on top of the first and hold in place about 1 inch from the end.
