First,cut from the carton any shape

Next,cut from the felt the same shape you cut from the carton

Then,glue the felt to the carton

Now,get the wiggly eyes and glue them to the shape you made

Then,Make a hole in the corner of the shape

After,get the string and cut a piece of it

Finally,put the piece of string in the hole and tie it
