Draw out the design. I used a white Mehron Pro Pencil.
Load up your brush with Wolfe Metallix white.
Paint in the background around the design.
Get out your BAM star stencil, Metallix palette and a sponge.
Load up a sponge of red.
Sponge on some red stars. I tried to do it in a burst pattern, leaving spots for blue stars.

Wash and thoroughly dry your stencil.
Load up a sponge with metallix blue.
Fill in blue stars with the same stencil.
Load up your brush with some red. I'm using Kryolan Aquacolor.
Paint in the elephant.
...like so...
Load up with blue.
Outline the donkey.
...and fill it in.
There you go! I left the nose to fill in with light blue.
Load up some light blue.
Paint in the nose.
Load your brush with some maroon or dark red.
Fill in some shadows and ears.
Use some dark blue to add shadows and details to the donkey.
Paint in the elephant's tusk. I used gray.
Add some more dimension with a little pink.
Load up an outline brush with Wolfe black.
Do the outlines and details.
Add highlights with Wolfe white to the elephant.
Do the same with the donkey.
Now get out and vote!! :-)
