Side note: With the sweetness of both the banana and berries, the addition of spinach is a great way to get nutrients without it being tasted!
Gather your ingredients up! I don't give measurements seeing that they're are not really required but it's about 1 cup of berries to 1/2 cup yogurt and juice.
Add a handful of spinach and pulse it so that it is in much smaller pieces.
Add yogurt and cranberry juice, or what ever juice you think will be good!
I used pure cranberry juice with this recipe because it's quite bitter and tart to drink on it's own, but it has great nutritional value and health benefits!
Blend and serve! This makes about 2 glasses, so either share with a friend or save the rest for later.
