STEPS
TOOLS

First, fluff and lay your plain garland across your mantle. Make sure it looks full and has a good shape.

Next, interlace your jeweled/beaded garland through the green garland. You could use, twine, burlap ribbon, glitter ribbon, etc to make the look more rustic, modern, etc.

Next, add your tall decorations at the ends. I have these frosted trees from Michael's. You could use tall candelabras, snowmen, vases filled with ornaments, or other decorations to fit your theme.

Next, scatter pine cones throughout the garland. I also use cinnamon sticks, twine balls, and leaves.

Next, scatter in some glitter decor for sparkle. I use a box of glittery twigs, balls, and beads from Michael's.

Now, place a few pretty votives in front of your garland. Use whatever colors, shapes, sizes you like!

Next, place your stocking holders and stockings on the mantle.

Step back, rearrange as you wish, and feel festive! I usually put our Christmas cards we receive behind the garland for the season! If you have additional space (not a tv) put a pretty quote or art.
