Stir mixture well with either a whisk or a fork and then you have your basic BBQ sauce that you can either bottle or add to meat that your cooking

To stop the meat from drying out, I add some root beer and just pour it on the foil on the tray. You can use beer or try other drinks that can also add flavour to the meat

I decided to add some butterfly steaks too before it goes in the oven. I will cook it for around 1 hour and look every 15 mins and add more sauce and also add more root beer if it starts to dry up
