Add all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Adjust amount of milk and fruit to your liking. Use less milk for thicker smoothie, more ice for colder drink, etc Yummers!

- 4-6 frozen strawberries
- 1/2 banana, chopped and frozen
- 2 T. Ground flaxseed
- 1 T. Cocoa powder (optional)
- Agave syrup to taste (optional)
- Ice cubes
