How to make a balloon yo-yo

To make this fun toy we are going to double stuff the balloon to increase its strength and make it more durable.

First put one of the 11" round balloons on the chopstick. And gently pull the other 11" round balloon over it

Like so... (may take a little practice... kind of a push pull type of thing...)

From here on we will use the two balloons as if they were one

Put both nozzles over the water spigot as if they were one

And slowly fill the balloon until the bowl of the balloon is just stretching out.

Like so...

Here's the hard part, take a breath and inflate the balloon, but being careful not to let the water out. This part is tricky! Proceed with caution! (maybe use pump w 2 people)

It should be about this big-- 7-8"

And tied as one.

Now take the 260 balloon and tie it onto the water balloon

Like so...don't worry, the double stuffing, and under inflation will protect the balloon from accidental popping... Now if it meets with a child and a pair of scissors... All bets are off ;-)

Hold top of 260 balloon in fingers and bounce .
