Start with your balloon

Blow it up a bit more than halfway

Let some air out ( But not too much! )

Tie off the end

Fold a "bubble" that is about one or two inches, this will be the nose

Fold two more "bubbles" about the same size, these are the ears

Twist the two ears together

SQUEEZE!!!! ( It pushes more air to the back so it's less likely to pop on you )

Make a small bubble for the neck

Make a two-three inch bubble, this is a leg

Make another leg and twist them together

SQUEEZE!!!

Make a biiiig bubble for the body ( My dog's body is very long because I love wiener dogs )

Make two more legs at the end of the body and twist them together

And now you have, a balloon dog!
