I used tissue paper to line the container but you can use a foam block

Let them stick out so it can look like grass

Stick in your gifts and fake flowers .... I had pink flowers on deck but it's better of course to coordinate

Final product ... I covered a skewer stick with floral tape added tissue strips and a rose made out of ribbon with some curled gift ribbon to add more umph
