Gather supplies

Add 2 cups blueberries to a microwave safe bowl (frozen or fresh)

Add two bananas sliced

Add 1/2 cup oats

Add 2 tablespoon walnuts

Add 1 tablespoon sunflower seeds

Add 1/3 cup pomegranate juice

Mix together

Place in microwave for 3 minutes

And eat, serves two
