The 5 easy-to-find ingredients: avocado (we will be using 1/2 for 2 servings), a good balsamic vinegar, 100%cocoa powder (unsweetened!) and maple syrup. (You may substitute for agave or honey)
Scoop out one half of the avocado and mash.
Add the balsamic vinegar, maple syrup and soy sauce. (Here I added 1 tbs coconut oil because I wanted a good, chunky spread but for pudding skip the oil and use a food processor)
Mash and combine! (Again: for a smooth pudding texture use a food processor)
In goes the cocoa! You may add a pinch of salt if you deem it necessary.
Stir! It should start to look nice and rich! Give it a taste and adjust seasoning.
Enjoy! I had mine as a spread with crackers but its delicious on its own! Garnish with some mint/spearmint if you wish :) Makes 2 servings.
