Easy as pie.... Just whip up the cream cheese and sugar, slowly pour in heavy whipping cream, then..

Whip on high for 3-4 minutes! Note: this is soft cream cheese frosting great for topping cupcakes, or dipping, however it is not very "sturdy" so keep that in mind! :)
