Add flour to a large mug

Put in the sugar on top

Then put the cocoa in, on top of that

Mix together

Add the egg

Try and mix it, but it doesn't matter if you can't get it all mixed properly

Add milk

Mix that and add oil

Mix AGAIN and add some vanilla extract/essence

Once that mixed, you can pour into a bowl/dish or just leave it in the mug, it doesn't matter

If you pour it into the bowl then you might find some flour on the bottom of the mug that didn't get mixed in. Just stir that in

Put in the microwave

Set for 3 minutes on high

3 minutes is up! It should have risen a bit if in the bowl but in the mug it will rise a lot!
