Pour the heavy cream into a oan. When it starts to simmer, add in 2 cups of the chocolate and stir.
Pour the mixture into a tin.
Cover it with plastic wrap and chill.
When it has chilled take an ice cream scoop and scoop balls out of it. Roll them into perfect circles then dip them in the remaining white chocolate.
And then your done!!
- 3.0c White chocolate
- 1.0Tbsp Vanilla extract
- 1/2c Heavy cream
