Roll out the pastry a cut out rectangular shapes. Bake them until there golden.
Take the vanilla pudding and pour it through a drain to get any clumps out.
In a cookie cutter spread the mixture on the pastry then another pastry rectangle. Chill it until the vanilla has hardened. Yum!!!!
This is optional but I also sprinkled some powdered sugar on top for garnish.
