How to make 2 ingredient truffles

What you need

Crush cookies in a freezer bag with a rolling pin or the end of a drinking glass

Mix crushed cookies with softened cream cheese

Form into a dough. Best if it sits overnight. Form into ping pong sized balls.

Coat in melted chocolate, dust in cocoa or what ever you like.
