Lucid dreaming is when you're dreaming and you know you're dreaming. You can control what you do in the dream. I'm going to tell you how to go into lucid dreaming.

First: lay down and go to sleep, works best if extremely tired.. Lay on your back with your hands at your sides. You MUST stay awake and perfectly still!

Your brain will send signals to your body to see if you are ready to sleep, these signals include: itchiness, wanting to move body, or wanting to blink. You must ignore all these signals!

After about 20-30 min, you will feel a weight on your chest, you may even hear weird noises. You are now in sleep paralysis. If you open your eyes you will begin to hallucinate.

You will not be able to move your body because it is fully asleep. But once you close your eyes again, you will begin to dream immediately and (with some practice) be able to control them.
