With this guide I can't guarantee you'll lose a few pounds. The only person who can, is you. However, I am a woman who has put a lot of time researching weight loss tips and methods.
You must keep in mind that weight loss is WORK. You don't just simply change your meal plan do a little exercise and expect the pounds to shed off. You have to WANT it. If not you'll lose motivation.
When we diet we avoid fat like the plague. But this is WRONG. Fat actually helps burn fat! Not to mention it will keep you fuller for longer so that you don't eat more than you need!
Our biggest culprit is SUGAR! The more sugar you can cut from your diet the better!
Let's go back in time. I'm talking way back. Like hunter and gather time frame in America when only Native Americans inhabited the U.S. Do you think they had McDonald's or Hershey bars? No.
They grew what food they could and gathered what they didn't. That means your new best friends are vegetables, fruits, nuts, and berries.
Sure, they ate meat..whenever they could catch and kill it. Which, by the way, wasn't easy! So limit the meat you eat and keep it to lighter meats like chicken and Bambie up here. ;)
The great thing here is that you really don't have to only eat a salad (the dressing is the worst part). You CAN eat great food! Just try to aim for natural food. And little sugar! Some sugar is fine.
Diet suicide is ANY fast food! So RESIST THE URGE!
Here are some foods that keep you fuller longer and are healthy!
Eggs! Eggs are packed with protein to keep your tummies at bay longer!
This may not be the best oatmeal (there's sugar) but it will keep you full longer since the grains will expand in your stomach.
Apples have a large dose of fiber (around 4 grams) and plenty of water which helps fool your stomach into thinking you're full.
These babies are serious about protein (about 7 grams per half cup!) not to mention they have carbohydrates, the ones that take longer to break down killing your Munchies.
Water can trick your tummy into thinking you're full so eating soup seems to fill you up sooner!
17 GRAMS OF PROTEIN! Say goodbye to hunger.
Avocados have the good fat! (monounsaturated) which takes its time being digested in your stomach.
These are the all in one deal. They have fiber, protein, and fat. Keep it under and ounce and you're set.
Foods you should STAY THE HECK AWAY FROM!
Cookies. Do I even need to explain?
Crackers can be salty and sugary and the main thing PROCESSED!
Sugary. Processed. No croissants.
Alcohol can actually make you hungry!
Be wary of cereal. There are some good brands but check the ingredients. Many have tons of sugar..and that's about it.
Preserved and processed? ABSOLUTELY NO FROZEN FOODS!!
I hope you use these tips on your weight loss journey! Remember: what works for one woman may not work for another.

I'm not a chef or anything but I have a few meals up my sleeve and I am constantly trying new recipes. But, cooking is not the only trick i know. :)
