Hi guys !! In a few tips I'm gonna tell you how to loose weight
1 don't eat a lot of chocolate or candy
2 Do sports at least 30min ( running , walking etc ...) Do not stay in front of the T V
3 Drink yoghurt it will stop your hunger
4 you better eat some fruits it will give you some vitamins
If you continue like this circle you will loose some weigh about a month
